Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Canvas-reef.
Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to our current payment policies.
Group bookings may be subject to different terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date may be subject to cancellation fees.
No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for refund.
Canvas-reef reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
